From the makers of Paramount...
This was a film that did not show Leonardo DiCaprio's full star quality. Although the film has a great storyline, it does not have show the potential to be one of my favourite films. However it doesn't mean that it was a pretty good film. The only thing I would suggest would be not to watch this because of who is in it, but for what the film is about. The film was very enjoyable to watch, as it shows going into stock marketing can make you a lot of money. Jordan Belfort is a stockbroker that ends up given everyone the opportunity to go big, or go home. It's exciting to watch things get out of control when too much money is coming in. Everyone wants in on this and Leonardo's character Jordan becomes an inspiration to all. With the flashy cars, the flashy house and the flashy family nothing could be seen as much more perfect. However drugs, money and power become his very own antagonist and it is one thing that shows his weakness. The money gets too much and the police want to know why they are getting all this money. Will he admit or stand strong... The film shows corruption, crime and involvement with the federal government. This film was also based on a true story. This film is an American biographical black comedy that was directed by Martin Scorsese.
Recommended to watch and find out!
Although the film is quite long, being 2 hours and 59 minutes, it's totally worth it! If you love the crime, cheeky sides to characters and money money money... You'll love this.
The genre is crime and dramas.
Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill and Margot Robbie.
The film has such great pictures and this was noticed as Martin Soorsese's best picture nominee earned Oscar nods for stars Leonardo and Jonah.
As always,
Hit That Film!
