Daddy's home was a film that I have been looking forward to watching ever since I first watched the trailer. Daddy's home has just recently came out in the UK cinema's and was in my opinion a must watch. The reason why I had felt this way was because my one of my all time favourite actors was playing the lead role William Ferrell. William Ferrell is a very well known actor that has always made me laugh and knowing that Mark Wahlberg was starring also, gave the impression that this may work nicely. However I was completely disappointed, instead of walking into a cinema for the hope of the best experience, it gave me the opposite feeling of believing I should just in bed watching this film. The film was quite funny at times, but for all the wrong parts. I really loved the fact that William Ferrell was in another film but there was no unique feel to this film and was more of a comfort than exciting. The story plot seemed to be obvious and some editing issues were spotted.

Although I do not recommend watching this film in the cinema, it is defiantly something to watch if there is nothing else to do. It is very nice seeing those famous faces brought together and humor was sometimes spot on.

I must admit that at times I was laughing and the story was very heart warming at times, but there was no game changer in this film that made it any different to others in this line of genre. The only thing noticeable was the fact well known actors were apart of this.
